Bill Robie, Director
Bio
Bill Robie is the Senior Director of State Government Relations for the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation, where he is in his tenth year serving the bleeding disorders community. He works from his home in Bend, Oregon and is responsible for NBDF’s state policy work. Bill directly covers half the states while managing another government relations staff person who covers the other half.
Bill has worked in government relations for more than twenty years and has experience at the local, state, and national levels.
Bill is a native of Waterbury, Vermont, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Boston University in 1984. Bill also was a graduate student in Biological Oceanography at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks from 1988 -1991 before leaving to pursue his interest in marine policy in Washington, DC.
