Why BD SUMHAC?

β€œI was unaware of the challenges that people in the bleeding disorders community are having getting access to the mental health care. When I heard of the important work BD SUMHAC was doing while my kids and I were attending Advocacy Days in Washington, DC this past March, it was something I wanted to get involved in! All people, regardless of their health status, have the right to get the care they need. As a mental health professional and parent, I want to be part of the effort to make sure this happens!”
