Why BD SUMHAC?
“Being a champion for the Michigan bleeding disorders community is of the utmost importance to the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan (HFM) and is what drives the work we do as an organization. As stated in our mission statement, HFM “strives to improve the quality of life for all people affected by hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, other coagulation disorders, and related complications.” Having access to behavioral health treatment facilities would have a dramatic impact on the quality of life for all individuals in the Michigan bleeding disorders community.”
